Photography Sneak Peek ~ Curtis Barker Senior Session

Curtis, Class of 2020!

I can't believe this guy is going to graduate next year, time flies!

We had a nice evening walking around this beautiful park finding all the great spots for pictures. His mom found this place and I was more than happy to give it a whirl.

I was cracking jokes left and right, so needless to say there were plenty of smiles :) I always try to be funny to help make my clients more relaxed and comfortable. Plus he's family, so I really couldn't embarrass myself too bad haha!

Photography Sneak Peek ~ Lindsey & Garrett Evans

Wednesday, October 30, 2019

Lindsey, Garrett and their adorable golden retrievers, MJ & Piper.

This was such a fun session! When Lindsey contacted me wanting a session including their pups, I knew we were going to make some magic. Retrievers love water, so you can pretty much guess what happened as soon as they got close to the river! Good thing we got most of the photos done before Piper decided to make a splash ;)

These two are newlyweds and it shows in every single photo. They were grinning ear to ear the entire time, and their love was undeniable. Congratulations Evans family <3

Thank goodness we got these done Monday night, because Tuesday the wind blew like a hurricane most of the day and that finished off the last of the pretty fall color that was hanging on. I wish fall lasted just a few weeks longer.

Photography Sneak Peek ~ True Shippy Senior Session

True, Class of 2020.

Whats not to love about a high school senior session? I can't think of anything!

I had so much fun photographing True. He's got a great personality and he super handsome to boot, he made this whole senior portrait thing look easy. He brought along his jersey and basketball too. I love when seniors want to incorporate their hobbies into their session.

We went downtown Boise and hit all of my favorite spots. I love the urban vibe that we have in the city. Then we went down to the Boise River right at sunset and finished off the evening with that magical golden hour light.

***Fun fact: My first official paid session was about 14 years ago when I took his oldest brother Tell's senior pictures! Back in the olden days when I shot on a SLR 35mm Pentax!**
